Program Associate - South Asia
The Program Associate is the entry level position for program work at IRI and provides administrative and programmatic support for current and developing programs in South Asia. They associate will be tracking and following-up on pending procurement requests, approvals and monitoring once approved, including processing payments. They’ll also assist in monitoring project spending and projecting costs as well as editing and summarizing weekly reports for internal and funder audiences. The associate will have the chance to participate in program design and strategy brainstorming sessions.

Senior Policy Analyst, Clean Energy Innovation
ITIF—the leading think tank for science and technology policy—seeks a senior policy analyst for its clean energy innovation policy program. The successful candidate will analyze a wide range of policies that have the potential to influence the national and global transition to a low-carbon energy system, such as research, development, and demonstration funding, taxation, and regulation. Duties include authoring original and secondary research in multiple formats and presenting research findings at public events for audiences in the policymaking and advocacy community in Washington, D.C., and beyond. The analyst will be an active member of this community through engagement with other organizations and personal networking. The analyst will be based in Washington and report to ITIF’s senior fellow for clean energy innovation policy. The position is funded with philanthropic support for one year and may be renewed contingent on future funding.

ASIA SOCIETY POLICY INSTITUTE - NORTHERN CALIFORNIA, USA
Tech Policy Fellow
Asia Society seeks a Tech Policy Fellow based in San Francisco or Silicon Valley to expand the Asia Society Policy Institute’s activities and impact in technology and to support the work of the Asia Society Northern California Center. The Fellow will serve with the executive director of ASNC as a representative of Asia Society in Northern California and play a leading role in developing and expanding its profile and activities. They’ll develop and implement ASPI’s major policy initiatives related to Technology; the Fellow will also assist with ASNC programming in San Francisco and Silicon Valley. The Fellow will also seek to expand Asia Society’s network within the local policy and business communities and share Asia Society’s work with business leaders, policymakers, and media.

THE ECONOMIC AND SOCIAL RESEARCH INSTITUTE - DUBLIN IRELAND
Postdoctoral Research Fellow – Macroeconomics
The Economic and Social Research Institute (ESRI) wishes to make a 3-year appointment to join our macroeconomics economics research team. The post also entails an adjunct position at Trinity College Dublin. The successful candidate will be centrally involved in the development of a macroeconomic model of Northern Ireland, in collaboration with the National Institute for Economic and Social Research (NIESR) in London. This new model will be linked using NIESR’s global model NiGEM to existing models of Ireland (COSMO), the UK and the global economy. In this way, the goal is to create an all-island model and a set of globally integrated models. The successful candidate will have opportunities to disseminate their research findings to stakeholders and at conferences, while publication in leading international, peer-reviewed journals is expected.

Research Fellow - Health Security
Are you passionate and knowledgeable about global health security and One Health? Chatham House’s Global Health Programme has a long-standing reputation and engagement in health security and One health. Our work has contributed to key policy processes related to international disease threats that transcend borders, from Ebola, Zika and COVID-19 to avian influenza and antimicrobial resistance. We are seeking an outstanding Research Fellow who will run different research components within our projects, develop our work across a wide range of collaborating partners and join our hardworking and close-knit team. You will carry out research and execute other activities related to the PANDORA and Accelerating Access to Diagnostics projects. This includes ensuring that the projects are run efficiently and that they achieve their desired outcomes. You will conduct research to deliver Chatham House policy briefs, compile literature reviews, act as a rapporteur at meetings and produce their summaries and reports, conduct interviews and focus-group discussions, and carry out other background research as required.
