The Carnegie Endowment is seeking a Director for its Technology and International Affairs Program to collaborate with the Vice President for Studies and further develop the Program's agenda and manage its work. The Program advances policies and practices that could reduce risks of technologies being used purposefully or accidentally to cause harm in ways that could lead directly or indirectly to international conflict. Praja, a tank that focuses on accountability in governance, is seeking a Project Officer to assist the Head in all phases and aspects of each vertical i.e. Civic, Health, Education, Crime, Elected Representatives and Housing & Transport by providing support to staff as well as follow the organization’s practices. They will lead and ensure efficient coordination between the teams for timely data collection and crunching to draft organization’s yearly reports. They will also identify research gaps and needs for each vertical and develop a strategy to fill those needs in conjunction with data coordinator and conduct new research on issues related to the verticals to enrich the reports (includes field work).
