Cato is seeking a foreign policy analyst for a full-time position with the Institute’s Defense and Foreign Policy department. Applicants should have expertise in one or more of the following policy areas: grand strategy; U.S. foreign policy; relevant security issues in the Middle East, Europe, and/or East Asia, preferably including a focus on China; U.S. military force posture and strategy; or nuclear deterrence and arms control.
